hello + welcome!

Wow. It’s been WAY to long since I have typed new words on this blog, but man I am so excited to be back and sharing this stunning wedding with you all! This was my first wedding back since March. The wedding world has been shaken with many couples having to navigate what to do during these uncertain times. Couples have gotten so creative and figured out ways to still celebrate their big day safely by having virtual and micro weddings. Lauren and James followed right along with this. They have been dreaming of their magical summer wedding and opted to have a micro wedding with the closest loved ones and the rest of their guests joined virtually. Even with this stress of having to reimagine your wedding, Lauren & James made the best of the situation and still the most magical wedding.

Lauren & James southern inspired micro wedding had the beautiful backdrop, they decided to get married at Lauren’s childhood home on the water in Annapolis and it was the most gorgeous backdrop to say I do. With citrus inspired florals by Pretty Little Wedding Co and custom bridesmaid dresses, bowties and linens by Kaeli Smith Designs Lauren’s dream of having a summer southern wedding came to life. Lauren and James shared so many special moments during their day and although it wasn’t exactly how they initially imagined their wedding, they had the most beautiful day to celebrate with all their closest loved ones.

Congratulations to the new Mr. & Mrs. Connor! Enjoy some of my favorite shots from their day!

Lauren had this custom fabric made the incorporation in her wedding and I love how they added their names within the design!
Time to get married!!!

MARRIED!!! How sweet is this bird seed recessional!?  This reception was absolutely stunning with the citrus details! We ended the night with some stunning sunset portraits by the water. Congratulations Lauren & James!!!

A huge thanks to all the vendors who made this day happen!
